NCA’s Young Professionals Network brings together confectionery industry professionals under 40 for networking, mentorship and professional growth opportunities. With gatherings at every NCA signature event, NCA’s Young Professionals Network connects young confectionery industry professionals with the resources they need to build lasting careers in the confectionery industry.
Become a Future Leader
Members of NCA’s Young Professionals Network are eligible to apply to the Future Leadership Program, which provides five YPN members with an industry mentor, complimentary registration to NCA signature events and more. The nomination process takes place annually during the fall.
