NCA Women’s Leadership Group is a forum for women in the confectionery industry to connect and share their experiences in the industry, as well as provide opportunities for each other to network and grow in their careers. The Women’s Leadership Group meets at each of NCA’s signature events for formal or informal discussion and networking.

NCA’s Woman of Influence Award is presented by NCA’s Women’s Leadership Group (WLG). The award honors a woman who has demonstrated superior leadership and industry mentorship and has a proven record of growth, success and influence in the confectionery industry.
